You've WON? How to Collect your prize(s)

1. Existing account holders
1. Login to your account with either your mobile number (or playup id) & password
2. Click 'My Account' from the menu bar across the top of this screen
3. Select the 'Collect Winnings' menu option on the left hand menu
4. Enter your WIN CODE sent to your mobile phone to credit your account
5. You can leave the winnings in your account as credits to play again, or;
6. Enter you preferred payment method (Chq or Electronic Funds Transfer to your Bank)
2. New customers / SMS & WAP customers
1. Complete the register process - this will confirm your age
   (must be 18+ to play / collect)
2. Enter your WIN CODE sent to your mobile phone during the registration process
3. Your account will be credited with your winnings at the end of your registration
4. You can leave the winnings in your account as credits to play again, or;
5. Select the 'Collect Winnings' menu option on the left hand menu
6. Enter your preferred payment method (Chq or Electronic Funds Transfer to your Bank)
